• Organized Career Networking Group in Montgomery County Meetup which is a FREE career support group where members can meet to get ideas, direction, support, solve problems and learn skills to improve their job search and career.

• Spearheaded the establishment of the Philadelphia area MBA Consortium, which raised the level of awareness with employers and increased the number of placements of MBA students from eight major universities in the greater Philadelphia area.
